Job description

As an E2E Test Coordinator / Test Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing end-to-end testing activities, aligning testing efforts across teams, and ensuring quality compliance in our ecosystem.
Build side:
- Define test objectives and strategy for E2E testing, aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans supporting both product and global project goals.
- Identify non-functional testing needs and ensure full test coverage.
- Lead test data management and structure test data provision across systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
- Contribute to QA Chapter initiatives for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Run side:
- Oversee execution of test activities across phases and levels, coordinating responsibilities and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Coordinate functional, integration, and E2E testing to validate workflows and business processes.
- Track defects, facilitate resolutions with development teams, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide stakeholders with actionable reporting on test progress, risks, quality trends, and readiness for Go/No Go decisions.
- Collaborate with program managers, project managers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure testing meets both technical and business expectations., * E2E Test Planning and Strategy

- Tools / Technologies: [Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools]
- Basic understanding of IT concepts: Service & Client applications, Web Services, APIs, frontend/Backend
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web services?, You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing coordination or management, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments. You enjoy ensuring quality, aligning teams, and improving processes, and are constantly innovating.
