Technical Lead .NET M/F

• As a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding technical teams, ensuring high engineering standards, and driving robust .NET-based solutions.

Build side:

• Perform technical analysis and contribute to solution design and architecture
• Design and develop back-end and front-end components using .NET Core, Blazor, and REST APIs
• Define and enforce technical standards and best practices
• Participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
• Support teams in complex technical problem-solving
• Contribute to database design and data access using SQL

Run side:

• Lead and manage technical teams on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with technical objectives
• Mentor developers and support skill development within the team
• Coordinate technical activities with stakeholders and other teams
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices, * Evolution toward senior technical leadership or engineering management roles
• Increased ownership of architecture and strategic technical decisions

This is your expertise:

• .NET Core (including recent and upcoming versions)
• Blazor for front-end development
• REST API design and integration
• SQL and relational database management
• Software architecture and technical analysis
• Code review methodologies and engineering best practices

Do you have experience in System design?, * More than 10 years of experience in software development

• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams
• Strong background in technical analysis and system design
• Hands-on experience with code reviews and quality assurance practices
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with technical involvement, * Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Clear and effective communication
• Ability to take decisions and provide technical direction
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
• High standards for quality and continuous improvement

Language skills:

• French or Dutch: Proficient
• English: Proficient
