Job description

As Netwerkzorg Team Developer, you will work on solutions that enable healthcare professionals and organizations to collaborate effortlessly within a nationwide healthcare network. You will contribute to building software that ensures data exchange is secure, reliable, and scalable across the boundaries of systems and institutions. You will develop backend functionality in Java and contribute to new features in our web applications. Your focus will be on unlocking data through open standards such as FHIR and HL7. In doing so, you help move healthcare forward by giving patients and professionals the right information at the right time., * Develop: Build, improve, and maintain backend functionality in Java.

  • Integrate: Implement secure integrations with healthcare systems and partners based on standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Collaborate: Work in a multidisciplinary team on solutions that make nationwide network care possible.
  • Improve: Think critically about processes and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Innovate: Contribute to scalable and future-proof software aligned with national developments such as EHDS and Wegiz.

Your team As Netwerkzorg Team Developer, you will be part of the Netwerkzorg Team within Nedap Healthcare. Here, developers, architects, and product owners work together with one mission: breaking down healthcare silos and enabling seamless collaboration between all healthcare parties. We work in a hybrid setup-regularly at our campus in Groenlo for brainstorming sessions, and flexibly from home whenever it fits better. Our team is full of energy and combines in-depth technical knowledge with a strong social drive.

Requirements

As Netwerkzorg Team Developer, you play a key role in the success of our team. You enjoy building software that truly makes a difference in healthcare. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Experience: You are an experienced Java Developer, with a strong focus on quality rather than years of experience.
  • Technologies: Experience with Spring, Semaphore, Datadog, FHIR, and HL7 is a plus.
  • Teamplayer: You collaborate well with others, but are also capable of taking initiative independently.
  • Pragmatic: You like to get things done and deliver results.

The salary range for this role is between € 4.400 and € 5.800 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.
