IT Analyst - 6 Month Contract Role with possible extension

We are a leading engineering company specialising in the manufacture of thermal equipment for industry. We are looking for an IT Analyst for a fixed term contract to move forward the implementation of new systems and processes in our Service Department. Your role will be to ensure that technological processes are running smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating the implementation of upgrades or new systems. You will work closely with our UK and Group IT specialists as well as supporting employees of the business This is an office based role, with opportunities for hybrid working, based on working hours of Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:30 and Friday 09:00-16:30.

Responsibilities

• Awareness & understanding of business requirements for Salesforce
• Creating, managing and supporting users
• Carrying out critical analysis, especially in Excel
• Managing data including migration, cleaning and quality checks
• Creating and managing reports in Salesforce
• Training and supporting employees on new systems and procedures

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Must have at least some experience of working with Salesforce

• Advanced Excel skills
• Critical thinking and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
