Job description
The firm has recently migrated its Case Management system from SOS Connect to Actionstep and we are seeking a technically capable and process-focused individual to support, maintain, and develop the firm's case management system. Experience working within a legal setting on a comparable case management system is desirable.
You will work closely with the partners, fee earners and support staff to maintain and improve legal workflows, the template and precedent library, and to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Working alongside department leads and your line manager, you will be responsible for planning and leading improvements to the firm's legal and administrative workflows, including proposing and implementing system changes. As the firm's case management expert, you will also liaise with multiple and varied third-party software providers, consultants and support services as required.
Brewer Harding & Rowe places a strong emphasis on consistency across work types. The successful candidate will become familiar with the firm's preferred approaches and ensure that any proposed changes align with these principles.

The role will act as the first point of contact for general IT support queries across the firm's systems and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Arken and Exizent is desirable but not essential; the successful candidate will be expected to develop a working understanding of these systems to provide effective support if required.
Additional responsibilities include managing user accounts and system permissions, delivering new starter training, identifying ongoing training, promoting skill sharing and best practice across the firm.
You will also be involved in developing the firms IT strategy, in consultation with the partners, and other elements of the firms IT infrastructure including but not limited to ongoing development of the firms intranet system, website, digital phone system, hardware maintenance and renewal, as well as supporting our marketing team with their digital marketing strategies.
Key duties include:

-

-

-
