Job description
The role is varied but will include the day-to-day administration required for the smooth running of the case management system, including management of the template and precedent library and workflow systems, as well as maintaining the firm's user guides and knowledge base, user accounts and permissions and working with the appropriate department leads on training and bast practice. You will also provide administrative support to maintain up to date content on the firm's intranet, website and office manual.
You will also work closely with the marketing team, providing IT and administrative support, assisting with digital marketing systems and initiatives.
You will also provide administrative support to the Partners, Office Manager and Accounts Manager generally in meeting the firm's wide-ranging risk and compliance obligations, including maintenance of membership panels, training portals, accounts information and associated IT based systems and procedures.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience to support and maintain our case management and other IT based administrative systems and processes across the firm.
You will have a strong understanding of IT systems but training will be given in the specific systems used by the firm. You must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for organisation, attention to detail and managing multiple priorities and be confident in making amendments, implementing changes, and improving existing processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be logical in approach and possess skills to be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
