Independent planning, implementation and management of global IT projects in the areas of networking, WLAN and IP telephony Installation, configuration and operation of network components with a focus on Cisco and Fortinet Further development and implementation of global network and security concepts for high availability, stability and scalability Administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of the international LAN/WLAN infrastructure (Cisco hardware & software) Automation and scripting (e.g. with Ansible, Python) for standardisation and increased efficiency Compliance with and monitoring of IT security standards, including firewall, VPN and access control concepts Carrying out installations and technical assignments in our international sales outlets Collaboration with internal departments as well as external service providers and partners Collaboration in global incident, problem and change processes in accordance with ITIL standards

Completed IT training or comparable qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in the network environment Very good knowledge of routing, switching, WLAN, VLAN design and network security Several years of experience with Cisco (switching/wireless/VoIP) and ideally Fortinet In-depth experience with firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN and monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG, SolarWinds, Cisco Identity Services Engine) Good knowledge of scripting & automation (Ansible, Python) Confident written and spoken German and English Strong service orientation, analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and a proactive approach to work Willingness to travel internationally (EU/UK/US) and take on on-call duty
