Job description

We are seeking a Full Stack Data Scientist to join our world-class AI team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the industry, shaping the intelligence behind our next-generation AI services. You will dive deep into the complex behaviors of advanced chatbots and agentic threads, developing the algorithms and tools that drive our AI's evolution.

In this role, you won't just analyze data; you will bridge the gap between research and production. You will tackle undefined challenges in conversational AI, turn theoretical papers into live improvements, and build the tools that empower us to understand our models better than anyone else. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what AI agents can do and want to see your work directly impact millions of users, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sophisticated algorithms and internal tools to dissect chat logs and agent threads for millions of users, uncovering hidden performance gaps and opportunities for breakthrough improvements.

  • Execute end-to-end data science projects, adopting an iterative, scientific approach to solve real-world challenges in agentic AI.

  • Assess the true impact of implemented changes on user experience and system performance through rigorous, statistically sound evaluation. Contribute to our benchmarking initiatives.

  • Define complex, open-ended problems clearly, translating high-level business goals into concrete, data-driven engineering objectives.

  • Analyze massive datasets to decode the "why" behind AI behavior, identifying patterns that others miss.

  • Evaluate and experiment with cutting-edge solutions and architectural approaches, rigorously weighing trade-offs to find the optimal path forward.

  • Justify technical decisions and model choices with solid evidence, influencing the strategic direction of our AI product.

  • Collaborate with top-tier product managers, engineers, and designers to understand constraints and co-create the future of our AI platform.

  • Conduct deep literature reviews to stay ahead of the curve in ML and NLP, rapidly translating state-of-the-art research into practical, production-grade implementations.

  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story of our AI's performance, driving clarity and alignment across the team.

  • Work effectively within a cross-functional team, contributing to a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a relentless drive to deliver practical, high-impact results.

  • Deep proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of standard machine learning algorithms and statistical methods, with the intuition to know which tool fits the problem.

  • Experience delivering data science projects end-to-end, from raw data collection and exploration to building robust tools or deploying models.

  • Ability to read academic literature and implement complex research concepts into working code.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with modern data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, plotly) or BI platforms.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP techniques (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Chain-of-Thought).

  • Experience working with advanced chatbots, conversational AI, or autonomous agentic systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS) and containerization (Docker).

  • Knowledge of MLOps best practices, ensuring reproducibility, automated evaluation, and seamless model lifecycle management.

If you're excited about pushing the boundaries of AI and mentoring the next generation of engineers, we'd love to hear from you! Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply-we value expertise, passion, and the drive to learn.
