Data Analyst

JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting company in Harrogate as they look to recruit a Data Analyst to join their team. This is a new and exciting job within a forward thinking business, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to add real value by utilising data to inform commercial decision making. Applicants must have excellent systems skills, relevant experience or a degree in a related subject, as well as the ability to communicate with people at all levels across the business. Skills & Experience Required Strong analytical background Proficiency in Excel, Analytics Experience building and managing competitor pricing and costing models would be advantageous Ability to interpret large datasets and provide clear commercial recommendations Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems in a manufacturing environment (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Business Central etc.) Knowledge of ROI analysis for marketing and product launches Strong communication and presentation skills Personal Attributes Commercially minded, with a focus on profitability and ROI Detail-oriented and curious, with the ability to "tell the story" behind the data Comfortable working across Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams Passion for sustainability, product innovation, and customer value This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant company in a role that will give you the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and have a real impact on company decision making.
