Data Operations Analyst

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will:

• Run existing SQL queries to produce weekly and monthly operational and compliance reports

• Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver KPI summaries to leadership

• Respond to urgent operational queries with data-driven insights

• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable summaries for operational teams

• Maintain and optimise dashboards to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility

• Troubleshoot data issues and improve dashboard performance based on business needs

• Support process improvement initiatives by analysing operational data

• Document findings and create clear SOPs using Google Workspace

• Collaborate with operations, strategy, and leadership teams to support informed decision-making

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting

• Experience maintaining dashboards (Tableau preferred)

• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets

• Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into clear insights

• Strong attention to detail, especially in compliance and KPI reporting

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with Python or geospatial analysis tools is advantageous but not essential
