We are currently supporting a confidential, fast-growing client in their search for a Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cloud to play a key role in their technological transformation.

This is not just another IT role. It's a strategic leadership position at the heart of a modern, ambitious and innovation-driven organization. You will shape the way IT supports performance, security and scalability across the business.

Your mission: build, secure

You will act as leader, technical expert and change driver, with a strong hands-on mindset:

Infrastructure & Security:

Oversee the reliability, evolution and security of internal and hosted IT environments

Supervise servers, networks, Virtualization, cloud platforms, security and collaboration tools

Ensure high availability, performance and resilience of all systems

Drive continuous improvement and technology watch

️ Cloud transformation & automation:

Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives

Implement automation to optimize IT services and operations

Elevate infrastructure standards in terms of compliance, security and best practices

Structure scalable and sustainable IT processes

Leadership & coordination:

Lead, coach and grow a small IT team

Organize priorities, manage internal IT projects and ensure delivery

Build and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders

Act as a central IT point of contact across the organization

You combine technical excellence with leadership and vision

Minimum 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure / systems / networks

Proven experience in team leadership or IT project management

Strong skills in Microsoft environments, Virtualization, cloud and security

Highly structured, reliable and improvement-driven mindset

Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on

Fluent in English and French
