Requirements
Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Test Lead/Senior Test Analyst (Workday, Jira, Active Directory, Service Management, ITSM, API, SIT)
Candidates will have the following skills and experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead on complex, multi-system integration programmes
- Strong understanding of identity life cycle management and JML processes
- Experience testing HR-led provisioning workflows (Workday or comparable HRIS)
- Hands-on experience validating integrations with Entra ID/Azure Active Directory
- Strong background in testing event-driven automations, workflow orchestration, and system-to-system data flow
- Exposure to ITSM platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
- Strong integration testing skills across APIs, event triggers, data mapping, and downstream system updates
