Microsoft 365 Support Technician

• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with users via telephone and email.
• Support Microsoft Windows 11 systems.
• Assist with Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.

• Minimum of 1 years experience in first-line support, ideally within a high-paced helpdesk environment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Additional Information:

• Initial period will be on-site in Cambridge, then a hybrid model is available (approx. 2 3 days working from home per week).

• Security screening is required before starting and annually thereafter.
