IT Support H/F

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users and resolving IT problems.

MISSIONS:

• first-level support to users,
• providing simple training to users on using hardware/software,
• performing installations/maintenance/troubleshooting of IT equipment and software,
• monitoring equipment status and perform preemptive maintenance (e.g. checking printer status and making sure we have enough consumable materials like printer toners and paper on stock)
• communication with external IT service providers and suppliers.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * All round IT support specialist (on-site, telephone support) for computer, mobile and software with minimum 2/3 years of experience

• Hands-on experience on computer hardware and network setup, configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience in operating system (MS Windows) installation, administration and troubleshooting. Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in using/troubleshooting MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to support a wide range of applications and devices.
• Written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience in using/administration of Office 365 is a plus.
