Job description
- Design of all tests for HCM, including payroll, across all phases of the Programme. This will include both manual and automated tests.
- Requirements coverages analysis for all test phases
- Successful test execution for all test phases across the programme
- Management of business users for PPR and UAT phases
Requirements
- Solid Test analysis skills with Oracle Fusion
- Proven functional test expertise with several Oracle Modules
- Evidence ability to deliver high quality and accurate test scripts and scenarios and other testing collateral
- Demonstrate knowledge of modern test standards and best practices
- Quality focus, driven to deliver a working product
- Experience of using Jira with x-ray test management
- Experience of the full cycle of implementation utilising Oracle Cloud.
