Job description
You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging visual content that showcases our buildings, tenants and brand. With over a thousand workspaces across London, this role offers huge variety and creative freedom to tell the stories behind our spaces and the people who occupy them.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the Digital Systems and Operations Coordinator to deliver campaigns that promote occupancy, enhance brand visibility and maintain a consistent creative style across all channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, producing and editing photography and video content for digital and print use.
- Managing and growing Artistic Spaces' social media presence, particularly Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
- Visiting buildings regularly to capture new imagery, showcase vacant units and highlight tenant activity.
- Developing creative campaigns to support lettings, launches and community engagement.
- Creating graphics and digital materials using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Exploring and applying AI image-generation tools to enhance creative output.
- Writing and producing short editorial features that highlight tenants, events and success stories.
- Updating website content and online listings to ensure accuracy and visual consistency.
- Assisting with advertising campaigns across Google, Meta and property platforms.
- Producing marketing materials such as signage, brochures and building banners.
- Supporting the Head of Sales with ideas and campaigns that help improve occupancy and enquiry levels.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Content creation?, We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative, energetic and passionate about visual storytelling.
- Skilled in photography, video and image editing software such as Canva, Photoshop or Premier Pro.
- Experienced managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
- Interested in exploring AI tools for image creation and editing.
- Confident producing both digital and physical marketing materials.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing several projects at once.
- Comfortable travelling to sites across London and working directly with tenants and teams.
- Interested in architecture, design, property or creative industries.
Bonus skills (not essential):
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO or analytics.
- Experience commissioning photographers, videographers or designers.
- Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress., * Content creation: 2 years (required)
Benefits & conditions
- Salary of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent role based at our head office in Central London
