Job description
As the company grows, we are strengthening our internal systems and digital operations. We are now looking for a Digital Systems and Operations Coordinator to take ownership of all technology across the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently., You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company's digital systems, hardware and software platforms. Working closely with the Operations and Finance teams, you will make sure our systems, devices and data are running seamlessly across the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the company's Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and system permissions.
- Overseeing email configuration, signatures, forwarding and out-of-office setups.
- Managing company devices, including Macs, PCs, tablets and mobile phones, ensuring updates, app uploads and security are maintained.
- Troubleshooting IT issues, diagnosing errors and resolving connectivity or user access problems.
- Maintaining and integrating key business systems, including our CRM and property management software.
- Managing data accuracy, backups and occasional data transfers or migrations between systems.
- Administering domain names, website hosting, email routing and DNS forwarding.
- Supporting staff with technology queries, access requests and general training.
- Implementing new tools or integrations to improve business efficiency, under the guidance of senior management.
You will effectively be the technical lead for a small but busy property company, ensuring that software, digital communications and internal systems are reliable and up to date.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, This is a full-time, office-based role at the centre of our operations. It would suit someone confident with technology, highly computer-literate, and able to solve problems quickly and independently., We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and OneDrive.
- Very comfortable with both Mac and Windows environments.
- Experienced in managing devices and user accounts across multiple platforms.
- Technically minded and naturally curious, with an ability to identify and fix system issues.
- Organised, detail-focused and confident working independently.
- Comfortable managing domains, email systems and basic website administration.
- Capable of managing data within CRMs and understanding how to extract or migrate it between systems.
Bonus skills (not essential):
- Experience with property management or CRM systems.
- Understanding of IT security or automation tools.
- Interest in improving digital workflows and operational efficiency., * digital systems: 3 years (required)

- Salary of £32,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
