  • Support internal users, investigate bugs and coordinate fixes
  • Monitor basic uptime, performance and security (with support where needed)
  • Administer Airtable bases, automations and integrations
  • Manage HubSpot CRM (properties, workflows, pipelines)
  • Configure and maintain Trigger.dev or similar for background jobs and automation
  • Support integrations with tools like Stripe, Xero, Resend and others
  • Keep runbooks and internal documentation up to date

  • Any development or automation tools you've used (e.g. Trigger.dev, Zapier, AI-assisted dev etc.)
  • Links to any projects or examples of your work (GitHub, portfolio, etc.), * This role mixes IT infrastructure and internal platform development. In 5-8 sentences, tell us: (1) why this role interests you, and (2) one example of a system or tool you taught yourself (e.g. Unifi, Microsoft 365 Airtable, HubSpot, or an automation tool) - how you learned it and what you used it for.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Xero?, * Experience with at least some of: Ubiquiti / UniFi, Tuya, Hikvision or similar systems

  • Experience with Entra / Azure AD, Intune and/or MDM
