Job description

A global consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Change & Adoption Lead to lead the organisational adoption strategy for Microsoft Copilot. This role will drive end-to-end change planning, user readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking to ensure a successful enterprise-wide rollout.

Job Details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: initial contract until 30th of November
  • Rate: £580pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
  • Location: Sheffield
  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management and organisational adoption within digital transformation programmes, ideally in GenAI.
  • Strong ability to develop and lead change strategies, including adoption plans, pilots, phased rollouts, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled in creating clear, compelling communication materials to drive awareness, readiness, and behavioural change.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes, enablement sessions, and tailored learning paths for diverse user groups.
  • Knowledge of digital workplace tools and experience supporting SaaS or AI-driven technology rollouts.
  • Ability to track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously refine communication, training, and support materials.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders, champions, and end-users.
