Job description

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our ServiceNow platform. This role is a mix of administration and development, with a strong focus on ITSM, particularly Problem and Change Management, as well as platform configuration and upgrade support.

You'll play a key role in ensuring ServiceNow is stable, well-configured, and continuously improving to meet business needs, working closely with IT and wider stakeholders., * Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform

  • Configure and maintain ITSM modules, with a focus on Problem Management and Change Management
  • Support and contribute to ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases
  • Develop and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide second/third-line support
  • Ensure best practices around configuration, governance, and platform performance
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure changes are well controlled

Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

  • Strong hands-on experience with ITSM processes, especially Problem and Change Management
  • Solid configuration experience across the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience supporting or leading ServiceNow upgrades
  • Comfortable working in a role that blends administration and development
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and governance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. ITSM, LSD, CSA, CIS)
  • Experience working in agile or ITIL-aligned environments
  • Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules beyond core ITSM
