Job description
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users
- Log all support tickets accurately, maintaining clear and regular progress updates
- Keep end users informed throughout the issue resolution process
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on major incident resolution
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation by recording resolutions
- Proactively identify potential problems and system issues
- Complete daily routine checks to ensure IT infrastructure availability
- Provide hardware installation and setup support for users
- Administer user accounts within Office 365 and Active Directory
- Assist with the implementation and documentation of IT projects

Our team is dedicated to maintaining IT infrastructure availability, ensuring a high level of service for users, and supporting ongoing IT projects. Requirements
- Previous experience in a 1st Line IT support, service desk, or customer-facing IT role
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills within a Wintel environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Office 365 applications, iOS, VPNs, basic networking, and virtual machines
- Experience with service, maintenance, and installation of IT equipment
- Ability to learn new systems, including legacy platforms
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with users at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and contribute positively as part of a team
