Senior Product/Business Analyst - Mobile Apps / Digital Payment

• Teamwork with responsibility for the operation and continuous development of the company's internal TWINT app in the mobile app environment.
• Analysis and collection of requirements in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., product owners, developers, testers, subject matter experts, designers)
• Development and presentation of prototypes as well as validation of solution concepts through testing methods such as usability testing and A/B testing.
• Promoting collaboration between specialist and IT departments to ensure smooth implementation
• Ensuring the stability, performance and security of the app, as well as providing support for error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support)
• Support in implementing requirements using agile methods, especially within the framework of SAFe
• Coordination with representatives from the TWINT ecosystem to ensure optimal integration and cooperation

CAN :

• Proactive identification and implementation of improvement potentials in the app and the underlying processes.
• Support in the development of innovative solution concepts and professional strategies in the mobile payment environment
• Conducting workshops, user research and usability evaluations to optimize the user experience.

Do you have experience in UML?, * Several years of experience (at least 5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a comparable product-related role

• Methodology: Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering, User Story Mapping und User-Centered Design (UCD)
• Ability to model processes (e.g., BPMN, UML) and create flowcharts
• Experience in test management and quality assurance (e.g. defining test cases, UAT, automated tests)
• Knowledge of conducting usability tests and A/B tests
• Content: Experience in stakeholder management and requirements prioritization
• Ability to develop and document detailed specifications and technical concepts
• Knowledge of the analysis and modeling of business processes, data flows and target systems
• Affinity for mobile payment solutions and a good understanding of the FinTech environment.
• Experience in the development and launch of innovative products and services in the mobile app environment
• Experience in coordinating and collaborating with representatives from the TWINT ecosystem
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills for close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Proactive and solution-oriented work style with a high degree of initiative
• Ability to explain and document complex issues in an understandable way
• Willingness to continuously develop oneself and to follow technological trends in the mobile sector
