Job description
To start with, the position of Content & Configuration Specialist sits comfortably in the eCommerce department. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! As a Content & Configuration Specialist you will be asked to work on inspirational campaigns, interesting content pages and tasteful products and manage (brand)content and campaigns on our L'OR Brand webshop. For this, we don't just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you'll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:
- Implementing the CMS configuration for the campaigns based on the promotional calendar.
- Ensure that the right configuration for all content is in place based on consumer first mindset. For example: SEO-articles, recipes, inspirational content.
- Make sure the onsite inventory is always up to date by launching and maintaining products (new products, sku changes, bundle creations, Google Shopping feed)
- Assist in testing and implementing new and existing technical functionalities in cooperation with the development team
While doing this you'll be collaboration closely with the entire L'OR team to make the L'OR brand grow across the globe.
Requirements
We are looking for a flexible, energetic, a fast learner, attentive to detail Content & Configuration Specialist with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn't shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of configuring products, promotions and content in a CMS as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of "must haves," however that's not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with a Content Management System and Technical and Analytical skills but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture. But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we'll share our "nice to have" list with you:
- Positive attitude and work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Knowledge about UX/UX Research and Skilled in utilizing GA, Magento 2 and Hygraph
- Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing ownership or support when needed
