Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating product vision and marketing goals into compelling visual designs and functional digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with product manager, marketing team, and fellow designers to create eye-catching graphics, intuitive user interfaces, and cohesive visual assets across various platforms, including websites, landing pages, advertisements, and more., * Design and develop functional graphics, visual concepts, and UI/UX prototypes that engage and inspire users.

• Work with product managers to create and execute design plans aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to execute client and project requirements.
• Support the marketing team by creating visual assets for digital and print, including websites, ads, brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
• Participate in digital proofing and design review processes.

• Proven experience in web design, UI/UX, and visual concept creation.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
• Understanding of marketing principles and ability to meet marketing goals through design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating style guides and design systems.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Experience in a client-facing or agency role.
