Job description
- Lead global payroll implementation projects for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company standards.
- Gather client requirements, define processes, manage timelines, and oversee system configuration, testing, and training.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
- Coordinate with UK teams, shared service centres, and in-country providers to deliver successful implementations.
- Drive strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring a smooth handover to the payroll operations team after implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years payroll experience, including complex implementations
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in multicultural teams
- Experience with project environments and documentation (RAID, RACI)
- Knowledge of international payroll, social security, and tax is desirable
- CIPP qualification or equivalent desirable
