Job description

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via help desk channels, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Care Management Solutions etc
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems such as Windows and Chromebook
  • Manage and support computer hardware components and peripherals
  • Utilise Device Management Tools such as Intune
  • Utilise and manege websites build with WordPress
  • Assist with the setup of new equipment and software deployment across the organisation
  • Document technical procedures and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing within the team
  • Communicate effectively with users at all levels to provide clear guidance and support

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across various platforms and branch locations, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and expand your expertise in Microsoft and Google Cloud Services, computer hardware and software troubleshooting within a professional environment etc. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding IT support and customer service., * Proven experience in a similar IT support or desktop support role

  • Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN, VPNs, firewalls, wireless technologies and cyber security
  • Experience troubleshooting a variety of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Chromebook) and hardware components
  • Knowledge of security protocols including firewall configuration and VPN setup is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and being able to quick-learn new software and Cloud-based solutions are advantageous
