Job description
To manage all aspects of implementation projects. Ensuring conformance with implementation requirements by utilizing standard tools and processes. Facilitating gate reviews and providing unbiased evaluations of program status and risk. Also to serve as a subject matter expert in project management, using best practice methodologies to effectively manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk and customer satisfaction. To ensure implementation projects deliver required results on time and on budget. Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate project planning workshops

Manage and create all aspects of the project implementation plan

Facilitate team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations

Ensure implementation compliance

Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs

Mitigate project risk by identifying, managing and/or implementing the approved actions

Monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders

Coordinate the execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan

Create a project organization structure and develop and execute the communication plan

Record detailed customer requirements, constraints and assumptions with stakeholders
Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain or Information Technology Systems

5-7 years relevant experience

Highly proficient in accountability, planning, organizing, communication (oral and written), leadership, decision making, teamwork and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and other MS Office Applications

This position will require the successful candidate to be able to travel to EAME, APCAC and US. Sometimes at short notice
