Job description
The Head of IT is responsible for leading the strategy and integration of acquired companies. They will build the relationships with the business unit to lead to transformation activities to achieve an Acrisure-wide strategic portfolio of market-driven digital technology platforms poised for enrollment growth. The portfolio includes IT Infrastructure and IT Applications initiatives as well as Cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives. They will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders driving critical technology transformation strategies; designing system lifecycle stage plans; engaging market intelligence research; developing business case & ROI for initiatives; guiding quality technology deployment and IT portfolio management processes. The Head of IT will have a multitude of IT integration projects in various stages at one time. Essential Duties

Strategy - Full understanding of the IT program, portfolio & activities in accordance with the mission and goals of Acrisure and alignment of acquired companies needs.

Integration - Assess and manage integration of acquired companies that leads to a mature and efficient run state.

Line of Business Support - Understand business and revenue model end-to-end, which includes system alignment and optimization, both current and post integration run state.

Risk Management- Work with Cyber security to analyze current risk state and assist to optimize rick management.

Financial Management - Analyze current financial run state and measure against integration ROI.
Enterprise Architect Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strategic IT integration plan, leading a highly collaborative effort to deliver on IT initiatives to maximize value across Acrisure.

Develop and maintain ROI's for integration in Financial, Risk and Service Management.

Maintain and/or improve existing nimble processes to provide integration programs on a roll forward basis.

Serve as a liaison between IT, corporate departments, and business units to coordinate the necessary support needed to provide successful implementation of integration and platform rationalization.

Collaborate with potential stakeholders to identify specific needs.

Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies

Manage and utilizing integration resources across projects

Manage stakeholders' communication
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of Technology experience within a complex IT environment with 3+ years of leadership/managerial experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience applying project management best practices, integration or stack rationalization with design-thinking approaches

Experience using key performance indicators, metrics and data/predictive analytics to support planning, decision-making and continuous improvement efforts

Experience implementing technology stacks: Microsoft, GCP, Amazon, Line of Business and ERP (Workday, ADP, SAP, Deltek, Oracle, NetSuite, etc).

Experience supervising, training, motivating and mentoring staff in a high performing operation

Highly Desired: Hold a combination Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) and/or Technical Certifications (Microsoft, Amazon, GCP, etc) and/or Security, Governance and Risk Certifications (CISSP, CRISC, Security+, CISM, ITIL, CGEIT, etc.)

Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.

Experience with consensus building to bring together opposing views and steering debates toward practical solutions and paths forward.
