About the company

Allegiant Finance Services is an FCA regulated claims management company based in Warrington. We handle sensitive consumer data across lending, car finance, fraud and vehicle claims, so security and control really matter. Over the next year we expect to more than double in size, and this role is key to keeping our technology secure, reliable and scalable as we grow. This is a hands-on IT Manager role with real ownership. You will run our internal IT function end to end, making sure our people have the systems, access and support they need to do their jobs well, while keeping security front of mind. You will be visible in the business, solving problems directly, building and deploying kit, and improving how things work day to day. Alongside the practical work, you will shape how our IT scales in a regulated environment. That includes strengthening security controls, improving processes, and planning how IT should support a business of over 100 people. As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a small IT support team. What the role looks like * Owning our Microsoft 365 environment across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and licensing * Managing device deployment and security using Intune and Windows Autopilot * Building, configuring and deploying laptops and managing the full device lifecycle * Providing hands-on IT support to colleagues * Running IT onboarding and offboarding * Implementing and maintaining security controls such as MFA and Conditional Access * Supporting FCA and data protection requirements from an IT perspective * Managing IT suppliers and keeping documentation and processes clear and up to date
