Job description
You will provide 2nd line support to a diverse client base, handling escalated tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with senior engineers on larger projects. Expect exposure to a wide range of technologies and the chance to genuinely develop your technical skill set., * Provide 2nd line technical support across multiple client environments
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and server issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure AD
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Escalate and collaborate on complex issues and projects
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and technical documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service to MSP clients
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Confident working in a ticket driven, SLA focused environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
- Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure
Desirable
- Azure experience
- Virtualisation experience
- MSP background or exposure to multiple client environments
- Relevant IT certifications
