IT Support Engineer

You will provide 2nd line support to a diverse client base, handling escalated tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with senior engineers on larger projects. Expect exposure to a wide range of technologies and the chance to genuinely develop your technical skill set., * Provide 2nd line technical support across multiple client environments

• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and server issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure AD
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Escalate and collaborate on complex issues and projects
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and technical documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service to MSP clients

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Confident working in a ticket driven, SLA focused environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
• Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure

• Azure experience
• Virtualisation experience
• MSP background or exposure to multiple client environments
• Relevant IT certifications
