Job description

You will provide 2nd line technical support across the business, dealing with escalations from 1st line and working closely with senior engineers when required. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of IT issues while maintaining excellent customer service., * Provide 2nd line support for desktop, laptop, and server related issues

  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Support Active Directory including user accounts, group policies, and permissions
  • Manage and resolve hardware, software, and network related incidents
  • Escalate complex issues where appropriate while owning tickets end to end
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates within the ticketing system
  • Support onsite and remote users as required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in a 2nd line support role

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts
  • Confident troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach
  • Strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
