As a Digital Transport Project Manager, you are the architect behind our B2C e-commerce deliveries. You are the connecting factor within our ecosystem, switching effortlessly between online operations, IT, and external partners. You combine tactical vision with real execution power: you build the strategy of tomorrow while ensuring we deliver on our promise to sports fans today.
Working at the heart of our logistics, you coordinate our delivery operations to maximize customer loyalty and efficiency.
- Project Management & Digital Innovation
- Strategic Roadmap: You define the framework for new projects and set sharp KPIs to digitalize our transport strategy.
- Predictive Analytics: You analyze data to forecast future volumes and proactively adjust the logistics chain during peak moments.
- Sustainable Impact: You implement innovative strategies for green last-mile deliveries and find digital solutions to reduce our environmental impact.
- Network Development & Partnerships
- Tendering: You coordinate tenders and negotiations in close collaboration with the Indirect Purchase team.
- Network Expansion: You benchmark external parties and actively build the expansion of our network of pick-up points and lockers.
- Operational Excellence & Monitoring
- Process Optimization: You align transport activities with warehouse processes and manage Transport Management Systems (TMS) for maximum efficiency.
- Incident Management: You master tracking procedures and intervene decisively during supply chain disruptions to ensure the engine never falters.
- Financial Control: You validate invoices and monitor the transport budget with an analytical and sharp eye.
- Customer Experience & Performance
- Performance Management: You monitor 'Carrier on Time' and NPS (Post-Delivery Satisfaction), adjusting where necessary.
- Reverse Logistics: You manage the full return workflow to close the loop for the customer.
Job Profile
You are analytically strong but are not afraid to get your hands dirty when operations demand it. You are a problem solver who pushes impactful projects across the finish line and knows how to inspire teams (from warehouse to IT) to embrace change.
As a strong communicator, you collaborate easily with different teams and external providers.
You maintain a clear overview in a dynamic environment. You combine sharp analysis with a vision for the future, ensuring you are always one step ahead., * You work full-time within the Logistics and E-commerce operations family in Evere (some travels to our warehouse in Tilburg are required).
- You manage both daily operations and long-term strategy, balancing office work with carrier meetings.
- You are in constant contact with warehouse teams, supply chain experts, and customer service.
Requirements
- You have a background in Supply Chain, Transports or Logistics Management. Having an experience with a focus on project management, transport, or last-mile logistics is a plus.
- You are proficient with e-commerce tools, TMS, and data management, you effortlessly translate complex data into powerful, well-founded advice.
- You have an excellent command of English (min. B2). Given our local roots, a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a significant asset for smooth interactions with colleagues and partners.
