Job description

As part of the transformation and digitalization of Transport activities, we are looking for a Transport Digital Transformation Project Manager.

You will join a team undergoing significant change and work closely with the Transport Digitalization Manager to lead and coordinate high value-added projects, both in terms of processes and digital tools.

You will be involved in concrete, field-oriented projects, from needs analysis through deployment and user support. The role offers a high level of autonomy, strong exposure to operational teams, and real opportunities for development.

  • Lead cross-functional projects (processes, digitalization, reporting) from start to finish
  • Translate strategic objectives into concrete, operational action plans
  • Analyze the needs of field teams and end users
  • Assess existing processes and propose pragmatic, results-oriented solutions
  • Contribute to the drafting of functional and technical specifications
  • Deploy and monitor digital tools (SharePoint, Power BI, transport solutions)
  • Organize and coordinate operational testing
  • Monitor the implementation of solutions across different sites
  • Collect user feedback and propose continuous improvements
  • Communicate new processes and tools through clear materials (presentations, one-pagers)
  • Train and support field teams on new tools
  • Provide first-line support for existing applications (approx. 10-15% of the time)
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, and best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, digitalization, process improvement, or IT/BI
  • You have an interest in or experience with Power BI, SharePoint, databases / SQL
  • You have an excellent command of French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language; English is a plus
  • You are autonomous, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • You are comfortable working in the field and open to regular travel
