Senior Application and Electronic Engineer

Our client, a dynamic and innovative technology leader within its specialized domain, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their expanding team. This organization is renowned for pushing the boundaries of technological advancement and fostering a collaborative environment.

We are looking for a talent to take on the following responsibilities:

• Advanced Wireless Application Engineering: -- Spearhead the design, development, and rigorous testing of sophisticated wireless applications, with a strong emphasis on low-power communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth Low Energy), encompassing both hardware integration and software implementation.
• Solution Enablement & Tooling: Architect and specify comprehensive enablement packages for diverse applications, including the creation of demonstration kits, specialized Software Development Kits (SDKs), and illustrative use case scenarios.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitive landscape analysis and performance benchmarking to identify market trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and inform strategic product positioning.
• Cross-Functional R&D Collaboration: Interface closely with internal research and development departments, in coordination with product management, to conceptualize and implement bespoke functionalities required for cutting-edge application requirements.
• Deployment & Implementation Support: Provide expert assistance in the successful implementation and rollout of advanced application use cases, ensuring seamless integration and functionality

Do you have experience in Software development?, * A degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.

• A proven track record of at least eight years in the realm of embedded software engineering.
• Proficiency in core programming languages such as C/C++, Assembly, and Python.
• Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) or comparable real-time scheduling architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to develop application-level code for the validation and testing of hardware drivers, encompassing a range of peripheral interfaces (e.g., wireless communication modules, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, Timers, Real-Time Clocks).

Key Professional Expertise & Behavioral Competencies

• Extensive background in developing wireless applications within the microelectronics sector, specifically involving System-on-Chip (SoC), Internet of Things (IoT), Microcontroller (MCU), and Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) platforms.
• Experience in the design and seamless integration of sophisticated applications tailored for distinct hardware environments.
• Solid expertise in firmware development, particularly for radio frequency controllers and embedded systems built upon communication stacks.
• Practical hardware design acumen, complemented by hands-on experience in electronic laboratory settings and advanced troubleshooting.
• In-depth understanding of various wireless communication standards, including but not limited to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), IEEE 802.15.4, and proprietary radio frequency protocols.
• A high degree of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information with clarity, precision, and persuasive insight to diverse audiences.
