IT Systems Engineer (Systeembeheerder)

This is a hands-on, on-site IT Systems Engineer role, supporting IT infrastructure across:

• The Netherlands
• Germany
• Some users across wider Europe and the UK

You'll play a key role in keeping systems, users, and operations running smoothly., Systems & Infrastructure

• Maintain and support Navision BC / Navision 2009 and other ERP systems
• Build, configure, repair hardware & software
• Troubleshoot servers, networks, and security issues
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Administer IT security across servers, PCs, and network equipment

Helpdesk & User Support

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support across EU regions
• Manage and track IT support tickets
• Support both remote and on-site users
• Set up networks, production/process equipment, and IT installations

Projects & Documentation

• Support IT projects and continuous improvements
• Maintain technical documentation and work schedules
• Assist operations teams with new systems and processes

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Experience & Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Strong experience with Navision BC / Navision 2009
• Background in IT support, systems engineering, or system administration
• Experience supporting remote users

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to €45.000,00 per year
