Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Support Analyst to join our friendly Infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and getting stuck in - whether that's fixing user issues or helping with office tech setups and moves.

You'll support around 400 users across multiple offices, keeping systems running smoothly and making sure employees can work without disruption.

What you'll be doing ??

  • Providing 1st line IT support across desktop, applications, and user accounts
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
  • Supporting Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows environments
  • Setting up and deploying laptops, desktops, and office equipment
  • Assisting with office moves and hardware rollouts
  • Working closely with colleagues and external tech suppliers

Essential:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows (Wintel environment)
  • Microsoft Exchange

Desirable:

  • Citrix XenApp

Requirements

  • Experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role (or strong junior-level experience)
  • Someone practical and happy to roll their sleeves up when needed
  • Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
