Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between our technology platforms and customer-focused outcomes. This role requires an individual who can advocate for our platforms and collaborate with various business groups to ensure optimal application setups. The position is pivotal in understanding customer pain points and devising effective solutions and roadmaps., * Act as an evangelist for company platforms, ensuring they meet customer needs.

• Collaborate with various business groups to optimise application setups on our platforms.
• Identify and understand customer pain points and develop solutions and roadmaps.
• Engage with the Digital Secure Platform team to leverage successful strategies.
• Manage strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on platform metrics and performance.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, middleware technologies, and internal cloud platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in both developer and operations environments.
• Planning and organisational skills, with a focus on roadmap development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kafka is advantageous.
• Ability to make strategic recommendations, though not hands-on.
• Experience in conducting presentations and interviews.
