Job description
Hunters 4 Staff are supporting a well-established business looking for a confident and reliable 1st Line IT Support Engineer. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and keeping systems running smoothly, this position will suit you well.
You'll be part of an internal IT team, providing day-to-day support across multiple sites and working with a good mix of hardware, software, and business systems., * Handling 1st line support queries via phone, email and the service desk
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring PCs, laptops and other IT equipment
- Supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Diagnosing network, Wi-Fi and printing issues
- Logging and updating support tickets
- Working with the development team to test and support in-house software
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 1st Line Support or similar IT role
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing)
- Experience with AD user and device management
- Someone organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in
