Job description

For a long-term project with one of our marquee clients (a category-leading CRM company), DNA.inc is looking for a Lead iOS Engineer to guide a team of talented, international developers. You'll work closely with client teams - engineers, designers, and product specialists - to strengthen their internal capabilities and deliver robust, quality-driven platforms.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you'll spend most of your time designing, building, reviewing, and improving iOS applications, while also providing day-to-day technical guidance to the team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with other engineers to build high-quality, reliable iOS applications for one of DNA.inc's largest clients.

While the project we are currently recruiting for sits in the CRM domain, DNA.inc works with clients across multiple industries, including streaming, fintech, and automotive. We maintain long-term client relationships, and the goal is always to create sustained, next-level work for everyone involved.

As a Lead iOS Engineer, we will look to you to:

  • Take technical ownership of iOS features and subsystems
  • Act as the day-to-day technical lead for the iOS team
  • Work closely with client engineers and product stakeholders
  • Balance delivery, quality, and maintainability in a large, evolving codebase
  • Help raise the overall iOS engineering bar through example, feedback, and mentorship, * Swift and SwiftUI
  • Structured concurrency

It would be awesome if you can also bring expertise in subjects such as:

  • UIKit, Core Data, App Clips, StoreKit
  • media players and streaming (audio and/or video)
  • in-app purchases
  • localization
  • large modularized codebases

  • A clear growth path, whether you prefer to deepen your craft or move into leadership

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Are you a Lead Engineer who thrives on tackling complex mobile experiences for large audiences?, To be considered for this role, you are expected to operate comfortably at Lead level, combining strong individual contribution with practical team leadership.

You have proven experience with:

  • Large-scale, quality-driven iOS applications with a significant user base
  • Leading iOS engineers through complex or high-pressure projects
  • Making sound technical and architectural decisions within an existing ecosystem
  • Modern Apple development practices and tooling
  • Writing production-grade code that others can understand, extend, and maintain
