- Drive the alignment of IT systems, processes, and infrastructure with the organization's growth trajectory and evolving business needs
- Manage IT projects, vendor relations, and cross-office technology rollouts
- Champion automation, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the IT organization
- Maintain high operational standards related to security, access control, backup policies, and compliance frameworks
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading IT teams, ideally in complex and fast-moving environments
- Strong technical foundation in Linux systems, networking (routing, firewalls, DNS), and DevOps tooling
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Puppet), version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows
- Exposure to trading, fintech, or other latency-sensitive domains is considered a significant advantage
- Ability to combine technical insight with strategic thinking and leadership
- Effective communicator with a pragmatic mindset and team-first approach
