Job description

We are now recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join our team in providing excellent IT Support for TVS Supply Chain Solutions on the LCST, based at the Bristol office. This role will support our IT Infrastructure team with maintaining secure and high availability platforms, servers and networks by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, optimising and improving our support and environments., You will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to provide support for our internal customers and colleagues across a breadth of IT hardware and software on the LCST contract and across other UK sites. Support ranges from hardware/software support, IT request fulfilment, onboarding and offboarding, and getting involved with key IT Projects supporting our Infrastructure & Development teams. You will also be responsible for implementing application upgrades and supporting a variety of IT projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service

· Assist with the procurement and build/configuration of PC's, laptops, mobile phones and other equipment

· Follow robust asset management practices and accurately log equipment changes

· Become a subject matter expert in selected applications, producing and communicate process documents relating to chosen applications

· Independently analyse, diagnose and resolve issues in real-time, providing end-to-end problem resolution

· Execute application upgrades as part of BAU operations and for change requests

· Provide appropriate and timely escalations to 3rd line when required

· Own and manage faults reported to third party suppliers, maintaining communication updates throughout

· Ensure high levels of performance, availability and security throughout the IT infrastructure and IT applications

· Promote IT best practice and increase knowledge of core IT systems in the user community

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Demonstratable and proven ability to work on own initiative

· Good organisational skills

· Exceptional customer service skills and aptitude to consider impact to the customer

· Understanding of Service and Network infrastructures

· Office 365 experience - administration, troubleshooting and daily use

· Windows 11 Desktop Support

· Android and Apple mobile support

· Microsoft Azure and SharePoint experience

· Windows Server experience

· AWS experience desirable

· A proactive approach is essential., * Service Desk: 1 year (required)
