Job description
A leading UK manufacturer and distributor of specialist goods is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join its dedicated IT team. This position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the central ERP platform that underpins core manufacturing and supply chain operations., * Provide support for the ERP system and associated business applications
- Diagnose and resolve Real Time system issues
- Drive continuous improvement and support ERP upgrade activity
- Lead system enhancement initiatives and improvement projects
- Manage user and system administration tasks
- Liaise with vendors and third party partners
- Improve reporting processes and support automation opportunities
Requirements
- Strong technical/functional understanding of ERP solutions
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Solid project management capability
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of on prem to SaaS migration activities
Desirable: Experience supporting EDI solutions.
