Job description
As a 180 Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will focus exclusively on the candidate-facing side of the recruitment lifecycle, focussing on what you do best: finding, engaging, and placing top-tier talent for our existing, high-growth client accounts.
Your Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and our extensive database to identify the best tech and digital professionals.

Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture deep talent pipelines across sectors such as Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data, and Product Management.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess technical competence, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

Process Management: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial headhunt to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide "best-in-class" advice to your candidates.
Requirements

Experience: Preferably a track record in a delivery or resource-heavy recruitment role.
