Job description
- Handle user onboarding, offboarding (account setup, access provisioning/deprovisioning, devices preparation)
- Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for end users (onsite & remote), ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Troubleshooting issues related to desktop applications, hardware, laptops, printers, and basic network and server diagnostics
- Communication with internal stakeholders, service providers and other third parties as needed
- Administration & Maintenance of Windows workstation and Windows server infrastructure
- Correctly log incidents and faults, ensuring appropriate categorization and prioritization in Service Desk tickets
- Develop and expand the ServiceDesk knowledge base to enhance efficiency
- Manage the inventory of IT assets, including warranty tracking and coordinating with service centers for repairs
- Oversee the procurement of IT/office equipment, ensuring timely purchases and deliveries
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship in computer science, Information systems, business informatics or equivalent experience

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Server in general

Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user hardware (laptops/desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, peripherals)

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, MS Intune)

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals

Good communication skills in English (B1 / B2)

Enthusiasm for problem-solving and proactively contributing new ideas

Enjoy learning, continuous development, and collaborating on projects
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language
- Familiarity with managing network infrastructure, including VLAN segmentation
- Experience supporting MacOS devices
- Basic Linux knowledge (CLI, file permissions, SSH, logs, troubleshooting)
