Do you love improving systems, solving problems, and making HR technology run smoothly? We're looking for an HRMS Analyst to help optimise our HRIS platform and support key HR processes.
What You'll Do
Maintain and configure HRIS systems Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams or vendors Perform data audits to ensure accuracy Manage system permissions & security Support system updates and new feature rollouts Lead or contribute to HR tech projects Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency
What You Bring
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday a plus!) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement
