Job description

We are supporting a well-established organisation in Swansea that is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst with strong, hands-on experience using Cascade. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team on a long-term temporary basis with potential for ongoing extension.

This role will suit someone who enjoys improving processes, supporting users, and acting as the central point of expertise for HR systems.

The Role

As the HR Systems Analyst, you will take ownership of the Cascade HR system, ensuring it is maintained, updated, and optimised for the needs of the organisation. You will work closely with HR, L&D, and system users to support day-to-day queries as well as longer-term improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Cascade HR system specialist, managing administration, configuration, and user support
  • Maintain and develop HR workflows to support efficient processes
  • Review, update, and maintain audited HR files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely solutions
  • Support L&D training systems, including designing or delivering system-related training where appropriate
  • Produce accurate HR reports and data insights
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team on system improvements and process enhancements
  • Assist in HR projects aimed at optimising system performance and user experience

What We're Looking For

  • Proven HR Systems or HRIS experience
  • Strong, practical experience with Cascade (essential)
  • Confidence working with workflows, data management, and system configuration
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy
  • Experience supporting or delivering training within HR or L&D systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
