Job description
The main purpose of the role is to work as part of the Specialist Technical Support (Radio) team, providing an efficient and effective Customer Service, ensuring a quality end to end technical support Service for West Mercia Police. To provide an installation and maintenance service for telephony, radio, IP and analogue CCTV, Audio Visual and other related equipment. Design and maintain invehicle equipment solutions including radio (covert/overt), ANPR, speed and tracking equipment and mobile data terminals.
