Job description

As an IT Analyst you will be the first point of contact for our employees' technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include but will not limited to:

  • Technical Support: Respond to employee enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating more complex problems to the Senior IT Analyst.
  • Incident Management: Log and track all incidents and service requests in the IT service management system, ensuring that all issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
  • System Monitoring: Regularly monitor and maintain employee and business systems, ensuring the smooth operation of networks, Servers, and applications.
  • Compliance: Maintaining our high standards of IT by keeping compliant with ISO27001 & Cybers essentials.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Identify recurring issues to develop proactive solutions to reduce the frequency and impact of these problems.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Analyst who is eager to support our employees and contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Aptitude: A good understanding of IT including; Helpdesk ticket Management, Networking, Windows 11, Office 365, Meraki, Paxton and asset management tools, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server 2022/2025.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to own a problem from diagnosis to resolution. Resolve technical issues efficiently, using a logical and methodical approach.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service, with a friendly attitude, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative approach, working well with other team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to Learn: A desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
