SAP Supply Chain Consultant - Outside IR35 - Nottingham

TalentBank Technology is partnering with a leading organisation within the manufacturing and distribution sector to engage a versatile and delivery-focused SAP Supply Chain Consultant on an initial 6-month contract.

This role will support and enhance end-to-end supply chain processes across UK and European operations, working across multiple SAP modules and systems. The successful consultant will play a key role in maintaining operational stability while contributing to a strategic S/4HANA transformation roadmap.

Operating within a multi-site, multi-system environment, you will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated SAP solutions., * Deliver SAP functional solutions across MM, WM, SD, LE, and IM modules.

• Provide hands-on configuration and enhancement of SAP modules to support evolving operational requirements.
• Support business users across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution functions.
• Collaborate across two SAP systems supporting UK and European operations, ensuring integration and process consistency.
• Contribute to S/4HANA roadmap activities including fit-gap analysis and readiness planning.
• Provide functional documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Strong hands-on experience across SAP Supply Chain modules, particularly MM and WM.
• Working knowledge of SD, LE, and IM processes within integrated SAP environments.
• Experience operating in multi-site or international SAP landscapes.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support end users.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
• Experience with SAP Business Suite on HANA or exposure to S/4HANA transformation programmes (desirable).
