IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects and service initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, and budgets, while working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers., Project Delivery

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Service Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into deliverable project plans.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure dependencies are clearly understood and controlled.

Technical & Operational Oversight

• Apply strong technical understanding to guide project decisions and support delivery teams.
• Oversee projects involving:
• Windows 10 environments
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)
• SharePoint
• Active Directory
• Ensure project outcomes align with IT standards, security requirements, and operational best practice.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain clear project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Track progress, costs, and resource allocation across all assigned projects.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and process enhancements.

Do you have experience in Windows?, The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on IT knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured and professional manner., Essential

• Minimum of 10 years' experience working in an IT environment.
• Proven experience delivering IT projects in structured, professional environments.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Windows 10
• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint
• Active Directory
• Experience coordinating technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar).
• Experience working within IT support, infrastructure, or managed services environments.
